A nice and warm friendly feel to the hotel, dont be deceived by the look of the outside!

Location, close to the motorway, rooms nice size, the bar area is very well presented

The food was terrible and the wine selection is limited, and we had really bad stains on our bedroom carpet

Disappointing

Looks nicer than experience - poorly staffed in all areas

Stopped there as I thought it looked pretty funky and wanted to enjoy with my teen . Secure parking was important so we choose as easy reach from motorway and out of emission zone of Reims. Rooms great size , bed comfortable.

Room 134- broken tile , broken toilet roll holder. Paper cups - no glass Bathroom door locked twice spontaneously and external traces of folks trying to rescue their kids with coins where apparent. I did same as needed to access when she was in bath . Room phone not working so I asked at reception why they are in place if they cannot be used . If it had not been so poorly staffed then it would have been easier to alert people of the locked door had to use mobile to ring at poorly visible reception desk , which was another number anyway from what room phone had. Some kitchen staff saw me trying to ring and alerted colleague. Photo both - no paper - could not even tell staff due to none availability in eve and on check out day. Still not refilled day after so sadly no pics or fun there for us as advertised . Food was disappointing - i speak good enough frech for 2 demands 1) I wanted side salad with cordon bleue- ended up having salad replaced totally with the pure it was advertised one type of leaf made it full and I expecting bland . 2) a burger cooked so done I joked and said sec. Out came a pink, raw looking meat we had to send back to be re- fried as my kid just dont like raw. So we could not really eat together. Bread was provided without butter or dip and generally seeking cheaper stays I was disappointed our last eve did not even yield a table football game as the table is oversized and for large groups not playable by 2 :( I thought I get something more for my money then I did so def could not compete with a cheaper option nextdoors or elsewhere .
