sorry would not stay again for all the reasons above. it could be a super house if the problems were addressed

Nice gated complex with parking and easy drive to town. Samad was more than helpful.

it was not ver clean. dirty broken garden chairs and table. no wardrobe in main bedroom. dangerous falling coconuts on tree - they were removed when we requested but should not have been there. kitchen equipment lacking all round. no privacy open entrance door to garden so anyone can walk in

Lovely Safe Private Villa

We love the location... the layout... the beautiful garden... safety... ease of parking... wonderful kitchen and private garden area... and the host is extremely kind and accommodating.

This beautiful and wonderfully located villa needs a nice deep cleaning... and to be stocked a tad more in the kitchen with towels... and some additional kitchen ware

Very poor

Price hiking, false advertising and poo

Fortunately the accommodation was in a great location so we didn't need to spend much time there. The garden was nice.

The host made an attempt to hike prices after a price was confirmed and agreed. We had agreed 135 per night. The host tried to increase this to 185 per night in the wake of coronavirus restrictions being lifted in Mauritius. This is utterly appalling and against booking.com policy. We were expecting free breakfast by the pool which had been advertised, we asked about this upon arrival and were told this would not be possible as it was a mistake on the website. This is false advertising. The host promised an apology of 'Mauritian delicacies' which was never fulfilled. There was old food and empty drinks bottles left behind from previous guests. The bathrooms were falling apart (toilet smashed, bath smashed) and lizard poo all up the walls.

Excellent villa, really good and reachable host. Such a bargain for what you get, good sized spacious private pool and incredible features and amenities indoors. Located in a secure and manned compound with other villas, 2 mins drive from Perere Beach.
