Fantastic location

Location was perfect, hotel very clean , staff friendly and helpful

Both Bars appeared closed, neither staffed at any point in the 4 days we were there, lights off behind the bar sitting in darkness made for zero atmosphere , I understand why the rooftop bar was not in use in December but not the main bar that is situated in reception, Drinks could be ordered via room service. Its a personal thing I like to finfish my night in my hotel bar.

Gorgeous rooftop bar and pool, and a central location in a nice neighborhood.

Friendly staff, wonderful rooftop bar and pool and the location was very central in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The bathroom was glass which is not a design detail that allows much privacy. Also the booking.com offer included a taxi transfer, which the hotel had no idea about and not the best start.

My new favourite hotel in Barcelona

I really loved this hotel. Not only was the general vibe cool, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location great and our room was fantastic. As it was our anniversary, my partner and I upgraded to a junior suite and it did not disappoint. The shower and bed were incredible and the bath was huge! Both of us are shower people but the bath was so big and comfortable after a long day walking around Barcelona. Even though it was late November, we sat out on the Balcony every morning with a coffee, and in the evening with a drink. Ours was a city view and the sunset was particularly nice to enjoy from there.

There are extensive roadworks happening on the street directly in front of the hotel and they look set to be there for some time. I can only assume we were not informed of this by the hotel because the area immediately in front of the hotel wasn't being worked on (just blocked off for storage). However as we could see these from our balcony, it would have been nice to have received a courtesy email about them. The roadworks are totally not the hotel's issue and wouldn't prevent me from going back, but perhaps they could have communicated a bit better.

Very good

The location was perfect. At least 15-25mins from all popular spots. The staff very brilliant and fabulous city. Everyone was helpful and recommended the hotel.

Only thing that's was bad, there was a smell of sewer outside hotel but that was all over barcelona streets.
