The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop entertainment area is top class but be weary of the cleanliness of the rooms.

The reception staff was friendly and the facilities are exactly as advertised

Housekeeping did not clean the rooms efficiently every day plus I suspect they went through our luggage and helped themselves to some of our items. The breakfast was EXACTLY the same throughout our stay (7 days) which got very boring and felt uninspiring. It would have been nice to have different options every now and then.

First of all, we believe that the hotel staff and their management made efforts to serve their customers the best. The hotel location is close to a public beach and there is a bus stop close by. The options for dinner were up to the standard and the hotel tried to diversify with set menu and buffet. Live music in evening was lovely.

it would be great if the following aspects could be improved: we stayed 10 days through the Christmas and the breakfast everday was literally the same throughout our stay there. Also, the bathroom in our room smelled and the hotel was not able to fix it by the time we checked out. Perhaps it was our own limited understanding, but the daily housekeeping during the evening (sometime even after 21:00), can be a bit bothering if we happend to be inside the room.

Superb

Amazing. Love it. Will surely go again for the pool, lovely staff and amazing food.

The staff was very very friendly. Amazing staff, always with a smile like they are happy to serve you. If you are foto fan you need to go to the rooftop. Best pictures ever. Amazing ones with the infinity pool.
