Superb

Very clean space and super friendly staff.

Some equipment in the gym can be improved, bar can have more variety but in general is very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Okko Lille - great base for taking short day trips.

Very good

Great location, one of the better options in Lille but with room for improvement in the details.

Location and staff were great!

The breakfast set up needs to be reviewed so that there is a flow as it becomes a bit chaotic when its busy.

Good

An okay hotel but too expensive for what it offers.

The location was great and the staff were professional and helpful. The afternoon aperitif was a nice addition.

Very small bathroom and shower space The sheets weren't clean and the towels didn't smell great. Very uncomfortable pillows and small sheets which didn't cover the pillow or the blankets properly Room was too hot at night and if you opened the window the constant noise from the street wouldn't let you sleep.
