Exceptional

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance from the city center. The bus stop is just a few steps away. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Very good

The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. Comfortable beds and nice shower gel/shampoo.

There is no parking and overnight parking in Indigo is very expensive. A concession for parking would have been great. Our original room had a strong smell of urine in the toilet. We were however given a new room straight away when I pointed this out to staff at reception.

Pleasant

Not a bad choice but you can probably do better

It's a modern building near the train station. The bathroom / shower were of a nice design and very clean. The windows were really soundproof - no street noise. The staff were nice and helpful. We got free coffees in the lobby since our coffee machine was broken.

The room and hallways were pretty dirty. The water tank of the coffee machine was broken - leaked water all over the place. The bed was not very comfortable. It was pretty expensive for what we got.

Next to the station, and just 10 minutes' from the town centre. Great breakfast, nice bar, comfy and quite large family-sized room.

Very good

Great for 1-2 day business trip

Breakfast was modest, but ok. Would suggest you go to bakery and get a proper croissant instead. Staff was very polite. Room was very spacious and clean.

Gym is embarrassingly small and has no proper equipment

Superb

Fantastic hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful, available in French or English. Location was brilliant, right next to eurostar terminal. Communication before and during stay was great, bed was comfy, plenty of toiletries (including conditioner whichis unusual) and amenities in the room (coffee maker, microwave) that made the stay really easy. Family room is great value for money and had a curtain between parent and child beds which was a lovely extra touch for adults going to be later than kids! Separate toilet to shower/ bath was another thoughtful touch for a multiperson room. Downstairs had nice communal area and option to buy drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again.

Tiny point but there were no towel rails in the toilet or bathroom which was a bit odd and meant nowhere to leave them.

Good

Great amenities, but terrible administration

Everything about my stay at the hotel was very good, I enjoyed my time attending a conference in Lille.

We had booked two rooms for me and a coworker but got charged for three. The staff at the hotel didn't respond to our multiple requests to correct this, and in the end, we had to initiate a charge dispute process with our bank to get our money back.
