Good stay but never again

The location of the hotel is convenient. Easy access to trams and metro (5-10 min walk). The only thing good about it. Reception staff knows English pretty well so instructions are always clear and direct.

Restaurant of the hotel non-functional. At dinner (happy hour advertised) was told by staff if we want to eat we should look at nearby restaurants as they don't cook. Advertised to have food available up to 10PM but never had ny availability as "no staff" to prepare meals, directed to other locations. Breakfast very expensive (20/pers) for mainly cereals and fruits. Two people in the room and the coffee machine in the room had only 2 coffee pods, one decaf and one regular and when asked for regular as extra been told manager does not allow it. Asked for sparkling water to be brought up to the room and been told manager has to approve it. No slippers and no bathrobes provided (a big minus for a 4* hotel). No privacy for the bathroom, some slates but I could still see my SO while sitting on the toilet.

Very good

Very nice stay, close to subway and cafs and restaurants

Staff very friendly. The room was quite clean. Lots of cafs around. Near the subway.

The room was very warm and we failed to make the temperature lower, opening the windows during the night is a big no if car noises disturb your sleep. A little fridge in the room wouldve been nice.

Very good

Excellent value for money. Very nice staff. We very much appreciated the launch with nice food, free coffee, smart design and interior decoration. The room was modern with nice bathroom. Very clean.
