The room was ok

The room I stayed in (sea view room) had nothing but loud noise and bangs from upstairs for the 2 days of my stay I had trouble to get my children to sleep as they was scared of the noises on the first night the bangs was that loud the picture fell off the wall early hours of the morning hitting me and my partner on the head Also have photos to prove Also on the Saturday morning I found it very desterbing to see a child sat in the store cupboard with the door open watching a phone while the cleaner cleaned around the hotel he was sat there for quite some time on his own On Sunday I ordered 2 classic brekafst and 2 porridge for my children Only 1 breakfast and 2 porridge came I sat and waited for about 10 minutes to then go and ask and the person said oh sorry I thought you orderd just the 1 when 4 off us was there and I also pre paid for the breakfast The room was OK and kept heated we'll but overall not a good stay!!!

Great location. Parking excellent. Staff always really good. Rooms lovely and clean. Was just fantastic to see Amy back just what the pub needs. A great manager.

Staff were lovely that was the only saving grace :)

Stayed in a 3rd floor family room with windows that didnt close and 2 young children! Very noisy and bathroom ceiling started leaking and we lost all electrics and lights

Acceptable and functional for a stop over.

Free hotel parking. Nice big warm room and bed. Big towels and big bathroom. Chambermaid lovely and helpful on check out. We could leave an hour after our time.good location. Nice Italian restaurant just down the road for dinner on beach front.

No check in person for ages. Person not very helpful for local information. Run down facility as in entrance to place, reception, bar and restaurant inside and out side needs some tlc. No breakfast included for price of room. It was expensive for what we had.
