Housed in a historic building from 1876, Opus XVI, an Edvard Grieg Heritage Hotel, is a luxury hotel located in central Bergen featuring individually designed rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy a Nor (Read More)wegian-style breakfast buffet and are free to admire the in-house exhibition. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel. All guest rooms are equipped with seating area, flat-screen TV and in-room tablet for personal use. The private bathrooms feature under-floor heating and a walk-in rainfall shower. Its a really nice and cozy boutique hotel with a home like feel. Each and every staff tries their best to make you comfortable which is great

Maybe the mattress could have a firm option for people with back issues and a little more light in the room but otherwise its great

Highly recommended. Probably the best hotel in Bergen.

Extremely comfortable beds. Quiet, despite being in the centre of the town so you wake up refreshed and ready for the excellent breakfast.

It was a pity that it closed over Christmas. We would have gladly stayed longer!

I loved this hotel. Beautifully furnished and extremely relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the location was fantastic. I would 100% stay in this hotel again.
