Pleasant

Room was older and less luxurious than expected, a bit misleading but overall stay was comfortable!

Location was excellent. Walk to ION, Wisma Atria etc. The swimming pool was fabulous - my 3 year old has her FIRST and very POSITIVE pool experience! Staff are fantastic. Free washing machine and dryer use is really good and a life saver for my family with 3 kids.

The room was a lot OLDER than expected - I was expecting luxurious hotel accommodation (5 Star) but it looked more like 3-4 Star; does not match the pictures on website; however I did get the room at a good discount from BOOKING. Another family travelling with us also stay at the hotel and their room is far bigger and more luxurious (they probably paid more). Now I understand WHY this room was at a discount!

Very good

Overall, we would come back here definately. The staff was very helpful, very satisfied!

The location was the highlight of the place, it was right in front of Wisma Atria and Seven Eleven, so access to MRT, food and shopping were great.

Unfortunately, some of the pillow given really smells of goose feather, which was really bad.... And I have to sleep on it for a few night since we ask for a change during the clean day which was only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday....

Fantastic Choice

The location was great, access to metro and malls were within walking distance. The facilities are very well maintained and the staff were available round the clock to provide help and support.

Service elevator is pretty old and that is the easiest access to the laundry room

Superb

Great location, great facilities, everything you need, polite staff.

So much to like at this accommodation! The welcome basket, the proximity to shops and transport, the huge pool, the polite staff. Our apartment also had a fully equipped kitchen. Despite being close to bustling Orchard it was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Whilst everything was working and clean, the apartment is a little tired. There are some renovated apartments, so perhaps they are gradually renovating them all. Also my bed was so soft I would wake up with a back ache and could not sleep on my stomach. The rest of the family were fine though, so perhaps its just me!

Location was excellent. Staffs were very helpful. Beds were very firm and comfortable.

Beds were very firm and comfortable. But it is time for some renovation, like the bathrooms and changes tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen. Change the shower area and etc etc.
