Clean and comfortable place. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The place is a stone-throw away from Orchard Road and everything. Highly recommend!!

The natural light. Apartments have all the windows facing the corridor so you are force to close the curtains and the light is very low. You have to turn on the light even at 12pm

Perfect location to explore amazing Singapore. Tons of food, shops and amenities close by and the staff were so great. C
Lanson Place was exceptionally clean. Rooms were comfy (albeit a tad bit small) but so clean that we didnt mind.
Our room only had an interval window that looked into the corridor which was quite dark so we asked to be moved and the team made it happen. The next room was much brighter and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The welcome treats including noodles, fruit and snacks was lovely and daily bottled water kept us happy too.
The location is perfect. Just behind orchard road and across the road from Orchard 313, lots of food, shopping and excellent coffee / cafes and eateries. We were spoilt for choice.
The staff were amazing and always greeted us, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Our return flight was late at night and even though they could provide a late check out, the offer to use the pool and bathrooms to shower before the flight was definitely welcomed! Thank you so much.

Staff member Yin Tin was extremely lovely. The location was top-notch.
Some of the staff's lack of professionalism when it came to treatment of guests. Gilbert and the young Indian receptionist who was at check out on Saturday 8 July were extremely rude.
