    Location is perfect. Room size is good, bathroom size great. Good AC for heating.
    Housekeeping forgot a towel once. It was fixed in no time. So nothing.

    The location is really good. You are very close to all main attractions. Nice and clean room. If I go back to Valetta, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were nice and helpful.

    Lovely little hotel in the heart of Valletta Old Town
    Amazing breakfast. Lots of variety and at about 13 Euro per person, very good value for money. The staff were very helpful. They really tried their best to help us in any way they could.

    While I had a great view, this was one of the best ever; then things changed.
    In addition to being in a superb location in Valletta, the Osborn had a welcoming staff and very well-appointed rooms. I'd happily stay here again - with one caveat in the other category.
    When the door lock AND LATCH on my room failed to catch and hold, leaving the room not just insecure, but unable to be secure, they moved me (well, I had to move my own stuff) to another room. The second room was itself very comfortable, but they didn't (1) reduce my room cost because of the inconvenience nor (2) reduce my room cost because the second room had no view (an air shaft). It was comfortable, but after the superb setting visible from the first room, there is no question but what the second room was significantly less attractive, and should therefore have cost less - for the lack of a view, plus the inconvenience I was put to in having to move everything for my last night there.

    Nice hotel with excellent staff, be careful which room you get - if I opened my window it was dank.
    The staff were great - very friendly and kind. Cleaning staff were extra caring...seems the lady who cleaned knew how I liked things and went the extra mile! She deserves an award for such attention to detail. Lady on reception was very helpful in all respects.
    I could not open the window because outside smelled dank, thankful the room was warm as in the other hotel I was in it was very very cold. I was not impressed with the breakfast - coffee was pretty bad, food was okay but the breakfast food around Valletta is so good - next time I will skip breakfast in hotels for sure.

    The room was too small, there wasn't much space to move around the bed.

    Good location, centre of Valletta and walkable distance from the Christmas market (was December), the guide meeting points and surrounded my multiple shops and restaurants! 15 by car from the airport or 35-45 by bus. Beautiful rooms, very clean bathrooms. Good price, great buffet breakfast (we booked 70/night/room with breakfast and was totally worth it!)
    Unfortunately we were given a room on floor 1 so we had no view at all or sun, the room had only a small window. The night we arrived the receptionist suggested we change it next day since we wanted, but we felt to tired to do that.
