The above points are not a reflection on the day to day staff but on senior management.

No USB Ports in the room. Dated decor and broken furniture. Cupboard in our room was being used for premises laundry. Lots of mould in shower. Plugs in awkward to get to areas and all were also out of date PAT tests and cables exposed.

Nothing Requested a refund as accommodation was unacceptable and sent you photos But never received any refund Wouldnt use booking.com again and would advise friends and family too also not use you.

A very comfortable stay in a perfect and picturesque location. Highly recommended!!

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. And so was the lunch I had there on my arrival.The service was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Chichester.

Cheap and Cheerful. Would stay again now I know what to expect.

Self contained property in a block of 4 separate flats. Easy access in and out, backs on to main pub. Cracking pub with good atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Is quite small and has a step leading down to small toilet which is a bit tricky to navigate at night in the dark. Bed mattress was too soft.
