    Beautiful property in a beautiful little town
    The property was just so beautiful, wonderful views of the harbour from both the 1st and 2nd floors. A stones throw from the harbour, all of the restaurants, pubs and shops. Brixham was just unspoilt and perfect for a weekend break or holiday. Friendly locals and the charity Santa run made the weekend.
    Nothing really, everything was perfect.

    A comfortable place to stay during a mini break with family.
    The house was situated in the heart of the harbour with great views. It had all the things required for a short stay and was comfortable and clean. A nice little place to relax in the evenings after days out.

    Lack of parking, early checkout at 10am which with 2 new born babies was a nightmare. Having to remove our own rubbish and drive it to some parking to get rid

    Beautiful location and a quaint but lovely cottage. We cant wait to come back.
    The property was perfectly situated right by the harbour and although the directions explained that the road to the property was very narrow that was a rather nerve wracking attempt to park in front of the property (and we do not have a large vehicle) and I would recommend suggesting parking in the short stay a short walk rather than attempting to park outside to unload. However it was a really lovely cottage with all the mod cons and we had an enjoyable stay and look forward to returning.
    We dont think it had been fully cleaned prior to our stay as we found a random sock on the stairs on our arrival. However this is a minor aspect in what was a really lovely weekend.

    A lovely cottage in a wonderful location.
    The location was great and the cottage was comfortable! Good communication with the agency too!
    Potential visitors should be aware that the road leading to the cottage is extremely narrow. There is a turning point, but another car came up behind me and I did experience problems due to the congestion!
