Good

Location and pool.

Staff were miserable and not warm and welcoming. Food at the pool was terrible and totally overpriced.

Had a great week in Koh Samui at Ozo

Proximity to the beach was amazing and the inclusive breakfast was good. The beach was great with plenty of activities going on and access to entertainment right along the beach.

Rooms were quite small and servicing of the rooms was not as good as what I would have expected.

Lovely clean and modern hotel on the beach

Location is perfect just off the strip so not super noisy but walking distance to everything. Right on the beach and a beautifully clean and modern hotel. Food at the burger place is very nice and huge portions.

Not hotels fault but sea on chaweng beach is choppy so difficult sometimes to swim.
