We had a pleasant stay at the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lucca Breakfast was very good The hotel is well located. Is at a walking distance from the main attractions as well as public transportation for the airport (bus)

Nice stay in Venice with Canal View and helpful staff

the property was clean, and only 10 minutes walking from the Santa Lucia train station. the hotel was in a good location overall, with restaurants and bars nearby and the room we chose had canal view. the staff was helpful and kind. the breakfast has various options and was of good quality.

the building is very strongly heated in the winter, which resulted in our room having a 40C temperature when we arrived. this was solved promptly by the staff but we had to sleep with the windows open for one day. moreover, the towels in the bathroom for the face are very thin, more like napkins/handkerchiefs.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, short walk to bus and train stations.

Room smaller than expected, but thats Venice. Checkout is now 11 rather than midday.

Amazing location, beautiful views, friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially as I do not speak Italian. Bed was very comfortable which was great after a long train ride from Rome. I was upgraded to a canal room which had stunning views. Very close to cafes and food markets.

The plug for the kettle did not fit the apartment outlet. Very minor issue I was not well during my stay and forgot to report this at the time.

We loved our very short stay at this little gem, many thanks to Francesco who is a lovely man, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, location was perfect

The rooms need abit of a refresh but thats it, we love this place
