We had a pleasant stay at the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lucca Breakfast was very good The hotel is well located. Is at a walking distance from the main attractions as well as public transportation for the airport (bus)

Nice stay in Venice with Canal View and helpful staff

the property was clean, and only 10 minutes walking from the Santa Lucia train station. the hotel was in a good location overall, with restaurants and bars nearby and the room we chose had canal view. the staff was helpful and kind. the breakfast has various options and was of good quality.

the building is very strongly heated in the winter, which resulted in our room having a 40C temperature when we arrived. this was solved promptly by the staff but we had to sleep with the windows open for one day. moreover, the towels in the bathroom for the face are very thin, more like napkins/handkerchiefs.
