    Very authentic and well-maintained hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Location is great - right between the train/bus stations and the Alilaguna station, so getting there is very convenient.

    Excellent location, wonderful staff.
    Beds were very hard, no tea/coffee facility in room and room needed a good deep clean That said, the staff were amazing with our son and provided us with much information to make our stay in Venice enjoyable.

    Its location
    - lady at breakfast abit rude chasing us out at 10am. - beds are not so comfortable - lighting in the room a bit too dull - the housekeeping never took out dirty tea cups. I guess wanted us to wash them ourselves - rooms need some tea/ coffee making facilities

    A very good hotel at a great location
    Excellent location, it is very next to the Santa Lucia station and right in front of Ferrovia boat station. Beautifully decorated, old kind of designs, well maintained, excellent staff, clean linen, very clean rooms and toilet. The hall next to entry is grand. Room though small, is excellent for short stays. Break fast is very good with good range of bakery items, hot items, tea/cofee/cold drinks. You can take a boat (very costly at 9.50 Euro per person per trip) or walk, all attractions in walking distance. They also allowed us to keep bags there after check out, also we could rest in the big hall for some time before proceeding to the airport. The bus station is very next to the hotel, we could easily take the bus to the airport.
