This is a family owned property and they make us feel like family , great service , great family we will back son and we highly recommend this hotel in positano !!

This is far from 4 star service.

Beautiful view, room with balcony was nice and spacious bathroom.

Rude employees and hardly anyone who speaks English. For over 600 euros a night having to beg to get a second croissant is insane as not even an egg and/or fresh orange juice is included and has to be paid for while breakfast in the room is included in the price. 100 euro per day to park your car is insanely high. The smell in the hallways is of a hotel back in the days. The hotel tries to charge you for everything while not disclosing upfront. Clearly not a 4 star service. Bad powering for phones as the power seems to be cut at night. Light bulbs, half are not working and one key per room which you need to have the power on in the room and to use the elevator so you have to go everywhere together even to ask a question at front desk as the other one is sitting in the dark.

The did not lie about the view Thats all I can say

First there is no contacting or negotiating with this property.They purposefully and knowingly extorted me upon departure Friday morning. An intimidating man and his mama run the hotel and the desk. We had already had a terrible experience for the entire stay. The thing that was the absolute worse was being presented at the end of our stay with a hand written bill in Italian of a list of charges we did not make or sign for. One of those charges was $100 per day for parking. I was told parking was $30 and the shuttle was free. When I tried to ask what the charges were and tell him I didnt agree with them he became extremely angry and started raising his voice in Italian and English. He had another very intimidating man with him who had already yelled at me in he one shuttle ride I took early in the week. There was an old lady sitting in the lobby. The man refused to give us our car unless we paid this $649 bill. I did pay it but never signed for anything. I was given no copy. I did ask to photograph the handwritten charges. He refused. My son asked him to hold it up so he could read it. I was able to snap a quick photo although he tried to cover it with his hand. I paid the charges on my capital one card as I felt like it was the only way to get our car back and leave. When I paid he opened the garage door. The old lady got up and got into a car they had blocking the garage exit. We got in the car She drove away and we were allowed to leave. The week prior was also filled with issues. I first tried to cancel the reservation because I went back and was reading many very bad reviews. Although it was over two months out thy refused so we were stuck. Fair enough I accidentally booked a non refundable property. We booked a double room as it was my son, an adult, and I traveling together. We were given a single room with one bed. We were only given one key.
