    Amazing view and location. Perfect condition.
    Too much messages leading up to the booking, super long because in 2 languages and with all the situations that could happen. A booklet in the room could do.

    Very difficult to find. I did not get right instructions. Waited at the door for pin code to get a key. It took us long time to get in. The room had no view ad was promised.

    amazing location! great view! Note there is no terrace for room 2 and the shared upstairs terrace is being renovated. loud noise for renovations
    loud noise from renovations, shared upstairs terrace not in use. There is a small balance that is in the shared space but not able to stand on.

    Exceptionally Comfortable Apartment Decorated In A Modern Style
    I stayed in a very modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean apartment suite located very conveniently in the centre of Matera. The Matera National Archaeological Museum is directly opposite, and numerous bars, cafs, restaurants, shops and market stalls are all within easy walking distance. Checking-in was very straight-forward and the apartment keys were obtained by way of a combination lockbox. The apartment is very comfortable to stay in and is exceptionally well-decorated in a modern style. The communal balcony (communal with one other apartment) provides a great view of the town. I very much enjoyed my stay at Palazzo Zagarella. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
