Very good

A short vacation

The kitchen staff were very patient with dietary needs and provided alternatives.

The dining room was a little drafty, even with the heat on. There needs to be more safety measures installed in the bathroom for those with limited mobility.

A beautiful gem in Lisboa!

The breakfast was absolutely great and the perfect way to get the day started. The staff was very friendly. Communicating with the hotel was very easy as they also contacted me through WhatsApp. The hotel interior was beautiful and the room very spacious.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Charming and historic property in an excellent location great for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful and historic property with an amazing little garden and outstanding customer service provided by the young lady at reception whose name I forget. She was very hospitable, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was dressed smartly in a green blazer and looked like a pro! The rest of the team were also amazing and very kind!

The one thing I did not like about our room was the shower situation; the exposed shower was on one side of the bed, and the toilet and sink on the other side, which was not very practical when you are showering and getting ready. Also, there was no privacy when taking a shower as my son was in the next room and I had to announce that I was getting in the shower and so he would not walk in on me.

The property is very nice, the crispy bedding and cleanness of the room, blend of modern and traditional

There was no phone in the room, so couldn't call reception if anything needed, No coffee machine - would be nice to have one in the room since it is a Coffee Factory Hotel
