The location, the housekeeping, the gym was good if you exclude that 1 if the 3 treadmills was not working.

Exceptional

Staff went over and above for their guests. The location was great for walking to many different areas of the city. The room was modern and spacious. Excellent stay over all.

it was great. I will be back

Staff was helpful and friendly wished I had one hour more before check out but staff made it easy to hold my suitcases and made the spa available to change before my flight

Exceptional

Location was good, in a safe neighborhood. Easy 15 minute walk to the Recoleta cemetery, and 15-20 minute Uber/taxi rides to San Telmo and La Boca neighborhoods. The staff are extremely helpful, and most are bilingual, which made communication not a problem at all
