    Birthday trip with friends, great location, huge villa.
    Great outdoor space, beautiful location. The bbq area outside was fantastic.
    Could do with arrival amenities, simple sachet of shower gel in the bathrooms for the guests before they get chance to hit the supermarket. Also in the kitchen, some cleaning cloths and tea towels wouldn't go amiss.

    Beautiful family villa, and very convinent location.
    We went for a family vacation, there were 9 of us from 3 different generations, ranging from 60 year old - 4 year old. And the villa was suitable for all of us staying there. We loved the privacy and the layout of the villa. The furniture and all the appliances were in very good condition. The pool was everyones favourite feature of the villa. Ideal location! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here for families.
    Unfortunately one of the bedrooms AC stopped working as the fuse had tripped. However the managing personals were quick to respond and provided us with some fans for our final night at the villa. As we visited in August it was very hot, and due to the weather there were a lot of mosquitoes and ants. This is the only negative thing I had to say about the villa.

    Fabulous for a group to chill together - better than five hotel rooms.
    The property is fab. Great size and amount of space. plenty of bathrooms. The upstairs outside seatings areas by the pool are particularly lovely. we ate breakfast and lunch out there in the sunshine and had early evening drinks. a really lovely space.
    A bit out of town so be prepared to walk a little. Could have done with more nice glasses for wine etc.

    Big, pretty villa, very close to the restaurants, pubs, and port. Susana(is the best) made sure we had everything we needed. We were even able to check in much earlier as cleaning was all done. Would definitely book again if going back to Mallorca.

    Location had easy access to the main centre and there were a couple of good local bars/restaurants which offered excellent service and value for money. The owners were very accommodating on check out enabling us to leave our luggage for the day and use the outdoor space before we left for the airport later that day.
    The water pressure in the villa needs addressing. There is very little power out of any of the showers and you cannot run all showers together as this both affects the power and temperature. The bed linen, although clean is inadequate particularly for this time of year. One small and very thin cover with no additional blankets etc doesn't make for a comfortable nights sleep.

    We liked everything in general; location, comfort, amenities, cleanness of the property, plenty of space for a group of 9 or 10 people. The BBQ area is amazing, the swimming pool, the Pull table area was amazing too :), including the wooden mini bar, where we spent most of the evening until 4am or 5am playing pull table with loud music (not too loud ;). We would definitely come back. Susana and her husband were really helpful when required.
