    Situated right opposite Victoria Park on a quiet road. Walking distance into town. Limited menu for dinner but served hot and very tasty. Staff very willing to help with any queries or food requests.

    The location was really convenient with a close walk to main attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and one night we decided to have some soup over dinner which we would also recommend. The staff were really helpful too and helped us organise our onward travel. We actually liked it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend.

    We enjoyed to stay in a good hotel with comfortable beds in a good size. Perfect even for taller people! The pizza in the restaurant was great and the staff is really friendly and always helpful

    Good location, close to the largest park in Nuwara Eliya and quite close to the train station. The room was spacious and had a big balcony. The hotel manager organised a fun trip to the Horton's Plains for us and packed us a breakfast package.
    The whole hotel looked abandoned and it could really use a renovation. There were also very few staff. Unfortunately, the room wasn't clean and it didn't look like it was prepared for our arrival. It was also damp and cold. It didn't even have towels, soap and a hair dryer when we arrived and I had to ask for them. We got a couple of towels in the end, but the hotel manager never brought soap and extra towels I asked for twice afterwards. During our stay the power went out in the whole of Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have a working power generator like some other establishments nearby, which meant no electricity and hot water for us. The hotel manager also disappeared and didn't give us updates, so we felt stressed.
