    Overall hotel is worth the money to stay,just felt uncomfortable with the noise at night.Recommended
    The hotel location is very strategic, such as a Bank, healthcare shop, and restaurants within walking distance.
    Distracted with noise at NIGHT from outside of our room.

    This hotel is terrible. I booked it because I had to catch a flight at 6:30 am the next day, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. On the first night, I asked the front desk if they could arrange a Grab ride, and they said it wasn't possible. So, I asked them to book a car to take me to the airport the next morning, and they quoted me 13 MYR. I gave them the money, but the next morning, the driver demanded 50 MYR. When I checked Grab, it showed the fare should have been only 7 MYR. I requested a call from the manager, but they ignored my request. I tried calling them, but they wouldn't answer. It's really a terrible experience.
