Disappointing

Neat & cleanliness need to be upgraded.

Still acceptable but going on down side because on certain area neat is not there.

One glance not bad & price affordable.

Disappointing

My first time staying here and it would be my last. Hope you can improve the facilities.

The bed size.

I found a cockroach on the dressing table and the room is not really clean. It is not soundproof and the noise from vehicles can be heard. I can even hear people talking from the next room. I have checked in most of hotels in Kuantan and most of them have fridge. Even some hotels are cheaper than here but still have fridge. The breakfast time is at 730 am, as for someone whos working on site, its quite late for me. Breakfast time in most hotels in Kuantan are 6.30 am (AC & Zenith) and other 3 stars hotels are at 7 am.
