    We loved the location right on the water, the pool area with the cabanas with hammocks were great, the food was very reasonable and tasty. The cocktails were great! And the staff were lovely.
    The wifi didnt work in the room.. we were in the second to last bungalow the music was constantly playing in the pool/restaurant area, there was no getting away from it speakers all around so much so that the first night we were in a bungalow right by the pool and the music was on until 10.30 and started again at 7.15am.. they suggested we move rooms which was fine.

    Peaceful seaview location with amazing staff.
    The seaview, the peaceful atmosphere, food. The cambodian guys working at the bar and reception are the most friendly people. Always serving you with a smile. They work really hard 7 days a week. Lots of respect for them!
    The bathroom in the bungalow could use some renovation and if you are tall it has very low ceiling but not a big problem. I guess you can't have it all :-)

    Perfect if you support the noise also at night
    The view, the pool, the price. The food is nice also !
    The boss is very professional, only problem, she shout on the phone from 7 am to 1 pm, impossible to stay around at breakfast and she will talk to you like a captain from Thai army. But if you need something she Will always help !

    A place with a great atmosphere, good to relax, enjoy good food, sunset, swimming pool. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, big, with hot water and air conditioning. You can reach lonely beach with a 20 min walk, and some bars and restaurants are within a few minutes from the hotel
    No fridge in the room. The WiFi didn't reach our room. In front of the hotel there is no beach, only rocks, and the road to lonely beach has no sidewalk.

    Nice vibe, quite small, location not too far from other restaurants. However no sand beach to get into the sea. I had a room without ac but just a fan, and that was way too hot. Also really didn't like the fleece blankets without a sheet. Food was really good. Personnel was also really friendly
    The places for chilling were a bit limited and I didn't like the synthetic hammocks.

    We enjoyed our stay very much, the view, the staff and the food was excellent.
    The pool and bar area, the view, the outdoor seating area with hamacs, the food
    The towels could be replaced with new ones. The ones provided in our room were quite old with wholes in them. The fixture in the bathroom could be replaced as they were rusted. The path to get to the cottages could need some attention/maintenance to make it nicer.

    Great place to relax on Koh Chang
    The view is simply amazing, the pool is great and gets cleaned every night, the staff is incredibly friendly. Already before coming there, the contact with them was very pleasant and they helped us out with a request to switch rooms without any issue. Also the restaurant/bar prices are pretty good and the food is delicious. Overall, perfect place to relax on Koh Chang :) Definitely great value for money
    Just a few little things here and there. The bathrooms get very hot and are not particularly nice. Also the curtains in the room were very old and dirty which should be very easy to fix. And the private terraces could be made a bit more appealing. Still, those are only minor issues compared to the overall great experience there.
