    Park Plaza is great valuethe rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is ideal, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Ive stayed here twice and both experiences were great.

    Conveniently located clean comfortable hotel.
    The hotel was located in a suburb about 20 minutes from any site we wished to visit. There was ample parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated with beautiful plants and within walking distance from numerous shops and restaurants.
    I did not like being charged a $200.00 security fee but was assured this would be returned. I would have liked breakfast included.

    It worked.
    It was in a safe area of LA. Room was clean.
    Hotel only provides very basic amenities. No little plastic laundry bag, no lotion after a shower, no continental breakfast to get your day started. Parking is free but extremely limited. Front desk tells you to park in rear of hotel off the alley or street parking which in either case concerned me overnight.

    Very strategic location very close to the grove. The friendliness of staffs Robin & Ruby that very helpful & great customer service . The bed was very comfortable, love the light of the room, & the mirror in the toilet.

    A true hidden gem.
    Great location and nicely renovated rooms. Excellent housekeeping - super efficient and very clean. Loved the espresso machine in the room too, with pods replenished every day. The restaurant was great too. Free parking - amazing for LA!

    Comfortable and clean room, great location, great staff. Would definitely stay here again!
    Great location, wonderful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with an amazing shower.
    Lighting was a little dim in the bedroom, but was fine!!
