Poor

A quiet stay marred by the errors of omission and commission of the Management.

It was reasonably well-appointed (new fittings and floors) and very clean by local standards.

While the staff were well-meaning and friendly, if a little wet behind the ears, the senior management displayed an appalling ignorance of the meaning, purpose and practice of customer service.

we arrived late at the property ( around 4 am). And I have informed the hotel about my late arrival. But upon arrival they refused to open the front gate to access the hotel. Despite calling them numerous time no one came to open the gate and let us in. We ended up staying in different hotel on that day.
