Passable

The resort was lovely in terms of the communal areas, the main swimming pool seemed great with a bar in the middle and the breakfast had a lot of options

The room was very old fashioned, the beds werent comfy, we had a swimming pool outside our balcony door but a lot of tiles had came off

There are many basic amenities missing in the room service, such as an iron, bathrobes, shoes, and a variety of buffet meals. These are things that should not be lacking in five-star resorts. I will definitely not repeat the experience in this resort. Despite the beauty of the place, services are essential and should not be compromised for the sake of cost-saving.

Superb

Organized resort with comfortable stay

The resort has a good suit with essentially required items in the room. I liked the pool access with the room. The resort provides a 24 hrs reception to room transportation service. You just need to call the desk. Another good thing about the resort is that they have shuttle service to and from patong beach & Bangla road. Maybe four times a day. Suits are clean and have a hill view. Their breakfast options are well and organized. The pool, bar and restaurant are also cool. They provided beach towels and an umbrella which were helpful. Overall the resort is comfy, disciplined, clean and maintains a standard. And lastly this resort is definitely a good value for money.

Location is the main downside of this resort. You need to walk down or up through the hilly slop quit road if you want to go to the transport Hub of the city. If the resort authority keeps the provision of 24 hrs vehicle support up to and from the pearl circle that would be great. Round Soaps are very uncomfortable rather liquid soaps are preferable while planning daily washroom cosmetics . Also the resort should provide two pairs of one time slippers during daily house keeping.

No information is explained on the check in and no manual in room to get information. Staff at reception were rude and just playing on their mobile while customer standing waiting. If you prefer walking distance this is not the one to stay. At least 20mins to walk down on the street as it is up on the hill.

Customer service at reception is very poor. Breakfast buffet is not worth it.
