Beds very tired and mattress needs replacing and air conditioning unacceptable.

Air conditioning was atrocious. so noisy we could not use it at night. Mentioned this to the reception and a chap looked at it and said thats just how it is.

Very poor

Location was okay.

There was no staff available on the phone once we got to our room, it was like we were staying at my apartment, not a resort. Non of the phone numbers contacted anyone after 3:50pm on a Saturday. I had to be patched through to an "emergency" number to even find someone to talk to, and when I asked about getting Ice. They said "I suggest you find a shop". That was their response, to a customer, at a resort on a Saturday. In the afternoon. It wasn't even late. And the "sports" bar wasn't open on Saturdays. The day of sport. Absolutely bizarre. And only option for food - pizza (which admittedly was decent pizza). But seriously - at a "resort" on a Saturday.

Large scale watches where looks like has never been cleaned, hinges on door in bathroom completely covered in grease, right next to where towels hang. Would be nice to have power points on both sides of the bed.

Disappointing

Really disappointing.

Spacious apartment.

Absolutely terrible apartment for the amount we paid. Zero value. All we could smell was people smoking the entire stay despite the constant rain & a very wet balcony that we couldnt enjoy. The bathroom smelt terrible the entire time which as an ensuite was disgusting. No instructions on the dryer which didnt help in the wet weather & we were so itchy from the bed we ended up checking out very early as we just couldnt sleep well.
