    The room and the quiet location. Personnel are very kind at any moment.
    The room wasn't clean as we would expect in an apartment of this kind...they should take more care of the cleaning. We found hairs in the bathroom the day we arrived...

    I love staying here because everything is well taken care of. I pay before arrival and just grab the key without needing to bother anyone. Room is so clean and tidy and bed is very comfortable.

    Comfortable luxury.
    We did not partake in any breakfast and actually didnt realize there was breakfast? The location is great in that the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and there are nearby eateries. It was slightly further from city center than I realized which was a bummer but still not far at about a 20-30 min walk.
    Everything was fantastic minus the location as stated above. Beautiful building and rooms that have the character and feel of a history while being modern and comfortable.

    Great location close to good pubs and restaurants on a very residential area of Dublin.
    Great location, very clean.
    Unfortunately due to the size of the rooms, there were no room for a chest of drawers in the rooms or anywhere to store your luggage. If you are staying any more than a few days, you will need to live out of your suitcase on the floor.

    Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, would definitely recommend for a stay.
    Easy and clear communication. I was travelling for work and asked for a quiet room. Hillary considered my request and I had a beautiful room, very quiet and comfortable.
