    The property oozes class and 5 stars. From the styling, charm, comfort, location, garden, views, surroundings and host. We give it 11/10.
    Booking.com did not have names matching those of the property. Creating an issue with selection. This has now been rectified.

    Welcomed by a lovely host to this amazing house, everything was very easy and completely stress free.
    AMAZING house and gardens in a great location for exploring beautiful Cornwall. Our seaside suite was very clean, very comfortable, and everything we needed was there.

    Cosy private digs in converted potting shed.
    Access to loft via vertical ladder; necessary to create bed space which opened up to sky and trees through roof skylight and side window.

    Convenient and well equipped for two. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. All in all, a pleasant stay in attractive surroundings. Good access to public transport services.

    St Ives must to see
    The hosts are helpful and kind. we had a family room on two floors, the girls stayed on the second floor, and we stayed on the first. the kitchen was well-designed and equipped you had everything that you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. there is a beautiful garden where you can sit and normally see the lake. the host gave us some hints about the places that we need to visit. The location of the B&B is also good, just 2 min to the bus to St Ives, 10 minute's drive. 1 min walk, there is a pub that you can eat. there was a car park.
