    Pretty sure our room wasnt on the website a week earlier we stayed at a wonderful property for almost half I thought this was an upgrade it was not

    It was acceptable, considering the cost of the stay, but not to be repeated.
    The staff are helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable.
    The building is still under construction, the lift is out of order, meaning you have to carry your luggage up the five floors. There are some technical problems with the shower.

    Low-quality accomodation in central location
    The location was great. Walking distance from the city center and the attractions
    The room was not clean. Stains on the carpet floor and a strange smell all the time. We felt uncomfortable in this small room. We wouldn't touch the carpet with bare feet and we had to sleep with open windows for the smell, so the nights got cold.

    Partially damaged TV, loose electrical sockets, damaged bedside table/drawer, run down building, poor breakfast. poorly decorated. Expensive at Euro 140 per night. Cigarette smell in corridor. Reception on second floor, with main street door open to anyone hence security issue. Wrong booking, booked for 3 instead of 2 but informed no deduction for 2.
