    The aircon in the room was not working properly and it was too noisy, we had a room for three people which included a bed and a sofa bed. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was bent and hard. The hot breakfast was totally cold

    A modern hotel very close to the city center.
    After checking in we went upstairs and found out that we were given a twin room, although the preference for a double bed was indicated during the booking (to which the hotel replied that they noticed the wish). After my complaint, the lady at the reception desk -- apparently, very unwillingly -- gave us a different room with a double bed. Carpets in the room had several noticeable stains. The breakfast was OK, but the selection was not as good as many other 4-star hotels.

    We have stayed at this Hotel since the Marriott Days. It never disappoints
    Love the Reception/Bar Area and the staff who are attentive and friendly. Some of them have been there years
    Minor point I know but .The loss of the individual vending machines on each floor where chocolate and beers were cold and accessible. The current vending facilities in the reception area is not as good.
