    These apartments have been built in the traditional Cycladic style and offer tranquility in a homely environment throughout the year.Phaos Santorini Suites are located in the north-east of the island (Read More), in famous Imerovigli , 2 km from the main village of Fira. The management tries to maintain a balance between tourism and traditional life of the island and have kept the vineyards and the olive trees surrounding the apartments intact. The vineyards are cared for in the traditional Santorinian way and produce the islands authentic varieties of wines. Guests have the opportunity to learn about the cultivation and vintage of these vines and other local products such as Santorinis famous tomatoes, (white) eggplants and yellow peas.

    Everything was perfect. Location was great. Easy access to all attractions by car. Close to Fira downtown and close to grocery stores. The place itself had great view. The host Katia was super nice and helpful.

    The property was clean and there was a nice layout and space in the room. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea.
    Our biggest concern was the dispute on rate. The manager, Katia, said that we owed 50 extra euro per night for the reservation. She constantly said it had to be our fault as the booking only had one person per room (We had two couples). I can understand there might have been a misunderstanding between booking.com and the hotel; however, she insinuated we were wrong and was extremely rude and condescending to us. We had been awake for over 24 hours, and she had absolutely no empathy. Breakfast was also a dispute as the website included it as part of the stay. On site, we were told it was 8 euro a person. It was cheaper to get breakfast in town. To access hot water, you must turn on the water heater for 15 minutes. Once the water is warmed up, there is a sign that says not to use it for longer than 30 minutes. The hot water in one of our rooms lasted for just three minutes. The island itself is beautiful and the people are so nice and friendly. This actually came as a shock to us to be treated so badly.

    The staff was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Khatia was wonderful. A speedy checkin and wonderful through our entire stay.

    Lovely ! Would recommend and visit again!
    Location was easily accessible by bus from Fira/airport. The care-taker/receptionist Katia is super friendly and very sweet! She was helpful, a little late to meet us at reception for check-in :P But apart from that she was very helpful in giving suggestions, giving useful travel tips and organising a shuttle service!

    Nice location, amazing view of the sun rising! Good value, option of breakfast, coffee, orange juice,toast, meats... Pretty quite off season, lots of surrounding restaurants closed for season but a few markets open and one restaurant. Great staff...cleaning person arrived every morning with fresh towels, roll of tp and bottle of water!! Friendly dogs boo boo and lucky!!! Awesome shower!!
    Off season enjoyably quite....maybe too quite...everything thing else was Great!!

    The only thing is that the hot water allowed you to take one shower for 6 to 7 min. and after that you should wait for about 20min to re-heat the water.

    Amazing place to stay
    We had a wonderful time at Phaos Santorini Suites. We got at the hotel at 12:00 and our bedroom was ready for us, Katia was a wonderful host and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The bedroom is beautiful, clean and organised, it has everything that we needed. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the hot tube was amazing. The view is breathtaking, and the location is play a part because it is central. You can take the bus to Fira, or you can walk for 20/25 minutes to get there. The bus that goes to Oia, also pass by the hotel, you just have to walk towards the hills for 3 minutes and you will see the bus stop. There is a pharmacy, restaurants and market close to the hotel, which is as also helpful. I highly recommend this hotel as the price/benefit for the stay is really affordable.

    This stay is all about the view from the veranda - breathtaking!
    The view was just incredible!
    The hot tub was not terribly hot and it was weird to have windows between the bedrooms ~ no privacy :( Also, we could have used two bedside lamps instead of just the one we had for bedtime reading.
