Very good

A great location for sightseeing the local attractions

Loved the quirkiness of the hotel

Aircon/heating didnt work but thankfully we had windows that opened so we could get some fresh air.

The bed was comfortable, the design of rooms was good

The hotel staff at the reception was really indifferent. We arrived at 11 in the morning after a night of flying and asked if it was possible to check into our room early. We were asked to send a message to a phone number, which we did. We received no response. At 15:00, we returned to the hotel. It turns out that there was no water in our room until 18:00. We had to shower in another room, in a different building. It was very inconvenient. And that's okay, such things can happen. But this is our vacation, we expected some sort of compensation, a small gesture. But it didnt happen.

Superb

great location, short walk to Champ Elysees and Arc de Triuimph, 20 mins walk to Lafayett Printemps Hausmann. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.
