every single morning I was woken up to early by maids shouting, talking , dragging chairs around the balcony making loud screeching noises it was very upsetting its like nobody cares anyones in bed.

Short, correct stay
The food was delicious, the hotel is correct. (We only stayed for one night.)
The parking was difficult (no places), and - for us!! - the location was not good. The hotel is in the "city center", where there is always bustle (loud music, a lot of markets, everything is lighting and musicing..) Of course it could be perfect, who likes the bustle :)

Very friendly and kind stuff. Hotel has everything what you need in travelling. Nice, clean room with everyday cleaning . A lot of tasty food.
One unpleasant moment: any free water in lunch and dinner. Its elementary thing which people can get everywhere, its not smth specially, and not special drink.
