The staff was polite and willing to help

Unbelievable noise.no sleep for two days.they were cleaning the facilities at 2 o clock in the morning.they were smoking everywhere so the smell was coming in the room late at night.the wall had the worst soundproof ever.literally it was like we were staying with the people the nextdoor.i have been in hundreds of hotel,this was the WORST by far.no black outs to the windows.just curtains that they were falling of the wall.

Generally a good hotel but not recommended for single room as the single room is subpar.

The property is in good location with T1 tram directly leading to the tourist area.

The single room is pretty small with low ceiling and small window, which is different from other rooms. Im not a very tall guy but the washrooms ceiling makes me feel that I will almost hit my head. It feels like its been converted from an attic.

A comfortable stay.

The location was great and facilities in the room were good. The staff were helpful. We ordered in the room and vegetarian options were good. Even though we didnt take the room with breakfast, we went for their buffet costing few euros.

The desk in the room was not clean and there was constant cigarette odor in the room. The breakfast buffet had limited options for vegetarians.

Excellent location for transport with bus stop outside, bus station behind hotel, T1 tram very close, Metro underground 10mins walk away and proximate to highways going to IST airport. Police station & ambulances are opposite & on the doorstep respectively, in case of earthquakes/emergencies. The building is relatively new, freestanding, with an easily accessible fire escape. Family suite was very spacious. Staff all helpful & friendly. Konak Locantasi 5-7mins walk away is low frills but has low cost and high quality range of stews and baked dishes, with very welcoming, efficient & honest staff. Explore the walls of Theodosius immediately to the NW of the hotel - there is a park with playground.

Breakfast buffet decent selection but lacking in variety. Beds a little hard. Odd smell in the room that quickly passes from notice.
