    For the short time that I stayed everything was ok
    I like the location of the hotel.
    When I made the reservation Of the hotel I specify that I would like two twin beds. What I get is a king bed with two separate sheetsI made this reservation many months ago. I complain to the manager, and what he said is that the hotel was full and there isnt another room.

    Our first stop on our trip thru Italy and the hotel was in the perfect walkable location. I
    The room was nice with a large shower. We only had cappuccino in the restaurant so cannot comment on food. The locations is perfect.

    Good experience that could have been better.
    Great location. Close to many restaurants, train stations and the port of Como. BC of its location there many restaurants and activities going on till late at night.
    Breakfast was not included. The restaurant on site had limited menu for breakfast. There was no coffee / Tea maker in room. Nor was there a mini fridge.

    Unfortunately I only stayed for 1 night, not much for a super review. But the hotel was well located, in the center and next to the ferry/boat departure, on the ground floor there is a very cozy restaurant/bar, including where breakfast (which I didn't try) is served, paid separately.
    The only inconvenience is that the reception is only open from 2pm to 9pm, and you cannot check in or check out outside this period.

    Small, stylish boutique hotel located not far from the train station or the lake. Very attentive front desk staff.
    Conveniently located just a short 10 min walk from San Giovanni train station. Helpful restaurant staff to store luggage when we arrived before check in. Attentive front desk staff and excellent communication prior to our arrival.
    Its on a busy, lively square so it can be a little noisy.

    We spent a terrible day there and after three coffees early in the morning we left.
    The Hotel is an authentic building in the middle of the town. It is nice and located by the main square of Como with a lovely teras where you can have food and coffee.And you can reach the corso of the lake in a few seconds by walk.
    We got a room which had two windows openimg to the dustbin and the ventillation of the kitchen of the restaurant. So it is not possible to open a window not even for a minute the whole night because of the warm dusty air. And it is not what you just think you will get when you pay a full price for the accomodation. It is not Ok at all.
