Very good

Spacious room and close to Heavenly ski area

The hotel is in convenient central location 5 minutes from Heavenly ski area. The room and bathroom were spacious and included a "breakfast nook" with a granite counter, table and chairs, refrigerator, and microwave. The room was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in early since the room was available.

The refrigerator froze our food (no way to change the temp). The hotel back door to the parking lot did not close all the way, so it would not lock (possible security issue). The bathroom light had a sensor so that if someone had to get up at night to use the bathroom the light woke up others in the room (the bathroom door was translucent), however, we were able to cover the sensor to disable it.

Completely Outdated and Worn

The location was fine on the main strip and staff was friendly and very helpful.

Room looked and felt extremely outdated. Furniture was old and worn out as well as mattress. Trim work around doors had holes, tv wasn't working initially. Overall really disappointed with the room and amenities.
