Perfect !

Great hotel, in the city centre, perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. We celebrated a wonderful birthday for my husband with special treats ! the flowers bouquet I requested were beautiful, cake and bottle of wine made the day special! thank you so much ! special thank you to Maria Joao for her kindness at the reception. Breackfast various and excellent, good gin (and more) selection at the bar. Big room and super confortable bed. Swimming pool and sauna in such a cosy room, perfect to chill after walking all day. there is also a gym (that we didn't use) but looked well equipped. Highly recommended!

Great location on a pedestrianised street not far from a metro station, but some flaws in comfort.

Good location. Breakfast variety OK. Helpful staff. Nice bathrooms.

Small breakfast area overcrowded at times. Bedrooms on small size. Couldn't adjust heat in room as all rooms had to be on same mode, so we were cold until they gave us a small heater. Restaurant food poor and cold.

Great location close to river in a lovely street with plenty of shops , bars and restaurants/ cafes. The staff at this hotel are 5star, cannot do enough for you to help you in every way , from making reservations for restaurants, booking wine tours , helping make sure we had absolutely everything we wanted to make our stay a memorable one .without Maria, Suzanne, Patricia & a lovely Brazilian chap , our stay wouldn't have been the same ! They are very special people Pousada should be super proud of them !
