I greatly appreciate the very professional and attentive communication from the staff. They were very helpful assuring the best, the most comfortable and relaxing experience for my partner and me. I could not be more grateful for an unforgettable weekend visit. The gorgeous Christmas decorations made this stay really festive. Thank you!

U happy with lack of basic things , would expect much better from marriotte hotel

I am very annoyed , paying so much money and staying their for 8 days and expecting them to be able to provide basic thing like umbrella but their excuse its finished for 2 days , i had to go out and get soaked in the rain cause my fancy 5 star hotel cant provide something a hostel would have , very very disappointed , if u have 100 room u should have 100 umbrella for ur guest so we dont get Soaked fully in the rain and ruin our day

Wish they would revert back to English breakfast tea and normal coffee with larger cups and milk Also shampoo conditioner and wash its hard to see why not have large S. C. W or G for gel on bottles

Easy access and Great location.

THE STAFF!!! Ease to arrive to the hotel! Take a 60 minute metro ticket for the 119 bus to the Divok rka stop (McDonald's is there) and wait on the same platform that you descended for the 26 tram to Masarykovo Ndrai the hotel is right around the corner! I loved that I did not have to balance bags on the nearly vertical escalators of the metro! SOOO easy! I also loved the stylish design of my room 560. The light in the rooms.

Vibrations from the mechanics of the elevators are strong in Room 560 and even more intense in 662. They tried to move me to another room on the 4th floor where the technical engines of the computers and air flow also were loud.

This was an excellent stay and helped to make a memorable holiday.

Breakfast was amazing. The bar area had a great atmosphere The room was comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was too much noise from the next door room. I could hear what they were saying.
