Disappointing

thankfully only a 1 night stop over

the air conditioning was ok

just about everything could have been better the room was way to small to call it a twin room, the shower was grim and the toilet seat was broken

clean, air condition, double bed was comfortable and big size

room is too small, after a shower, water went outside room, the breakfast was sweet stuff, we asked 1 bed, gave us 1double 1single, bump head easier.

The worst breakfast I've ever had

Plenty spaces for car parking

Breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel. No salamis, cheeses, pasties...nothing. Only about 5 types of puff pastry, probably because it is very easy and quick to buy them ready-made and just cut them.

It was ok considering the price

The beds were comfortable. The car park was good too. The air conditioner was good . The shower had good hot water .

Its was very small space . I was actually expecting 3 single beds ( 3 girls friends) . The walls were very thin .... there was a family with kids and it was quite noise . There wasn't anyone at reception or any staff available in case it was needed .

Perfect

The staff is very friendly. absolutely. Comfy rooms but very small. Ideal for short stays. Very well located if you have a car. Correct breakfast. Good price quality. I recommend it

Stay at the hotel was awful however La Rochelle is a beautiful place to visit in better place tho.

Change of towels when thrown outside room- per request of staff

I have booked this hotel as there was no availability of rooms in other hotels due to festival taking place in La Rochelle. The room was really dirty and smelly , there was no actual covers, air conditioning smelled really badly as no one cleaned it in ages. Bathroom was highly unhygienic, there was no toilet paper and no toilet brush. Politeness of staff was no existent.

Disappointing

unsatisfactory on so many counts.

I liked the size of the bed and the air-conditioning unit. The size of the car park was good, the hotel was quiet and no smoking allowed inside the building. Some breakfast items were nice and also plentiful.

1. The size of the shower/toilet space was very very cramped. Some people would not even fit into the space it was so very, very cramped. 2. The young woman on reception was not friendly or helpful. She did not provide fresh croissants and could not be bothered to fill the coffee filter. When the staff changed over after the weekend the atmosphere of the whole place improved and fresh croissants appeared and fresh filter coffee. The first woman was obviously unhappy and bored with her job. 3, There were no bedside shelves and no hooks to hang anything. The hanger for clothes was in a really silly place and the bed could not be accessed if it was used. The whole room could have been so much better organised.

-6.90 for breakfast was not too bad, lots of choices for bread, cookies, jam, unli coffee but no hot choco. -looks clean outside -microwave available -airconditioning

I understand the price of the room was high than normal days because of peak season, but I would say save your money, try other premier class. This one is below than my expectation. -Toilet- so smelly when we came, the odor doesn't go away even with perfume -The bed was high that you have to remember there's a bunk bed at the top, so when it's dark, careful with your head, I can't count how many times we bump our head. -no everyday cleaning - no drawers to put your clothes in hanger -self service for check-in - heard the other guests during brekky, they have the same comments like mine.
