Twin room overnight stay.

Nice beers. Friendly helpful and hard working staff. Excellent location for hiking. Clean room and shared bathroom.

Can only think Micheal Flatley and the entire Riverdance cast were staying upstairs. Plus, there was one squeaky floorboard that someone up there seemed to be treading on again and again! Would recommend fixing that! Nothing else though a good stay

Super staff, beautiful location and great food! Highly recommended - one of the best I've stayed in.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Showed me to my room and explained how everything works. Answered all my questions. Food was excellent as I had lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend the pizza. Lovely location by the river and the sounds of the river rushing past was the perfect white noise to drop off to sleep with.

Disappointing

Brilliant location, wonderful pub grub and the staff were amazing.

The room which l stayed in was clean but worse for ware. It was evident they had attempted to start modernising the bathroom, the bath panel had a large crack in it, the wallpaper was coming away from the walls in a section of the bedroom, the lock on the bedroom door only locked from the inside. The tv power was not turned on and the on switch was to high up for me to reach. The wallpaper alongside the bed had been torn away, painted doors had scratches on them, the dressing tables paint was also scratched, plus the bedroom floor was not level , there was evidence they had tried to level the bed off, but lm only 5ft 3inches and still slide down the bed during the night. Plus work was been undertaken at the hotel which did not finish until 8 o'clock at night and woke me up at 8.45 with the sound of a drill. I do have to say the food was brilliant and so were the staff.
