    Everyone from the staff was very nice and kind, especially at the reception, restaurant and from the rooms cleaning staff. The beach has a great access to the reef where you can do great snorkels. Overall good value for the price if youre looking for a basic place to stay while doing snorkeling and diving and some other excursions.
    Structure and facilities should be definitely better for a 4 stars. The furniture inside of the rooms felt old and some areas (like the gym or the spa center) were absolutely not sufficient for a resort. Gyms bathrooms and showers were a shame, completely lacking of the very basics. The vendors from the resort were at the beach all the time, being extremely pushy and some of them pretty invasive, not respecting personal spaces and insisting literally everyday to sell me and my partner every possible excursion, to the point of almost stalking us. Some of them were repeatedly asking us where did we go where we were not at the resort, why we didnt book an excursion with them and that we had to do so. I understand that selling guests activities is their jobs, but there are different ways of doing it. Restaurant was fair but it was not offering a great variety of food and I personally didnt like the way the buffet was disposed. WiFi was working very poorly and only in some common zones.

    We really enjoyed spending a week at Protels. All the members are friendly, helpful & always smiling. The managers are very friendly, gave us all the support needed, and looked after us. We had much fun with the entertainment team. The clearness made our room impeccable every day (very well cleaned). All the waitresses are friendly and polite, always giving they best to help. Loads of different options of food, Arabic taste. The building is the same as the pictures. Long beautiful beach, and the coral reef is awesome for snorkelling. Everything was great! Thanks to all the Prostel members.

    The only thing missing is a Dive school/shopping. We had to go to a nearby resort to get a diving pack.

    An inclusive place with all the activities possible in Marsa Alam
    Its a great value for money, an inclusive place with all the activities possible in Marsa Alam. The snorkling there is something else. We could see a turtle right there while weve been trying to find any in different deatinations in Marsa Alam. Theres a diving club too if youre a diver. The animation team spiced things up all day and night. The location is perfect, yet you wouldnt need anything outside the hotel. Finally, the exceptional service and the welcoming staff did all the magic. We asked for a late checkout. The hotel offered us a free late checkout, a lunch meal, and even extra meals to take away with us! That was really generous. We are greateful and well definitely come back again.

    The beach was nice although we got a lot of hassle on it from hotel extra services.
    The room had many faults, broken air conditioning, broken safe, no hand towels or shower towel. The food wasnt very tasty, all tasted the same and we all got diarrhoea the day after we arrived and having spent a week already in Egypt without issue. The inclusive drinks were also so unpleasant we stuck to water. A few members of staff were charming but on the whole were mostly surly. We went scuba diving for a large part of the day with a company not affiliated with hotel which made the effort of staying in the place less painful. The place wasnt cheap either.

    The staff is very friendly, starting from the reception, in particular Mr. Muhammad Al-Hakamdar and Mr. Kamal Al-Hawari, passing through the housing officer, Mr. Ahmed Ezz. The speed of accommodation, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms, the sea is very beautiful. I think that in general it is suitable as a value for money

    The place is nice and cozy. Rooms were lovely. Fast check-in. They gave us the best room in the hotel (at least that is my personal opinion). It was 1st row sea view and next to the pool and the restaurant.
    Food quality and variety is below average.
