Best resort in Ubud

We had an amazing stay at Purana Boutique Resort. The staff went above and beyond, they were super welcoming, helpful and professional. We stayed in private villa and it exceeded our expectations truly a luxurious experience! Theres a huge bed, outdoor shower and bathtub, mini kitchen and of course private pool with sun beds. AC and WI-FI works like a charm. Breakfast options are great as well - coffee and tea, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruits and variety of meals from western and local cuisine. We even had one of those floating breakfasts in pool which was super cool. Theres also a shuttle car that goes to more central part of Ubud a couple times a day. We highly recommend this resort if youre in Ubud, its truly one of the kind.

The resort is clean, having meals served in the villa we felt like royalty and the staff were wonderful

The staff were exceptional, always helpful and happy. The pool villas were very well designed and all the small details, amenities, wifi etc were spot on.

We stayed in the Shita Vila and it was fabulous, very comfy, beautifly designed, the foods were great, the staff very professional, friendly, helpfull, we loved it so much.

We hated ourselves to leave this place.

Superb

Cozy Villa with excellent service and super friendly staffs, we would like to come back again

We like their breakfast because they provide fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea, both local and continental breakfast available, thus fit for very family members. We enjoyed the pool in our villa, and stay inside as long as we wish. The room is cozy, comfortable, AC is cool. Their bathroom is big, both shower and bath tub available. Their staffs are very friendly. we also used their free transport between the resort and Ubud (near Monkey forest)

Although I really appreciated the convenience to have the massage in my bedroom. But the quality is worse than the common massage services available in Ubud center. I shared my feedback to resort staff on my second day stay because I was feeling a little hurt in my left shoulder muscles , I think it's due to the massage time and intensity distributed on both sides of the my body were uneven. More than 50% of the time, the masseur simply used the palm of her hand to apply massage oil back and forth on the body without applying finger pressure to the acupuncture points and deep muscles. Although hotel staff took my feedback and gave me 20% discount after all. But I don't think I will try it again.
