    Its unsafe door
    The front desk lady who is working on Dec 10 pm shift is snobby and unhelpful. She gave us 221 room and smell so bad of smoking and so i asked for other room and its 220 and the door is sucks its broken . I have the video and i recorded it. Its not safe when theres an emergency coz were trap. Its an acceptable. Plus deposit of $125? Are they out of there mind???

    Would stay here again. Its a good hotel for just one night.
    We decided to stay here just a night before going to our cruise the nest day. The hotel was really nice it was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good as well. The only thing is the parking isnt the best but besides that would definitely stay here again.

    They told me call for shuttle at the airport. But they sent the shuttle to another location altogether. Paid for a cab Then they did not honor the price I was quoted for. The television, telephone and wifi was not working. The had 2 towels in the room and no staff came to resupply the towels or coffee or shampoos. I left the hotel to stay at another for the night then left long beach early due to frustration, they only refunded one night instead of 3.

    Plenty of restaurants in the area.
    It was right next to a good pizza place that was open until 2 am. 10 min drive to downtown. Doesn't look like anything special on the outside but the room was nice.
    Was looking forward to the bathtub but it had a weird bath mat glued to the bottom so you know underneath it can't be cleaned properly. Guest neighbors were loud outside drinking from 6 am to 10 am but that's not the hotels fault.
