The hotel staff was friendly and dealt promptly with noise disturbances. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for a family of five. The inn is conveniently located within walking distance of good restaurants.

Worked for the two nights booked.

The bed was clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator and ac/heat was turned off and the front desk didn't tell me that. Also didn't tell me how to turn it on. When you have people coming in with reservations, turn these things on before they arrive, so they're ready to use. I had to figure it out myself. They require an additional $100 deposit on the room at check in. They don't take ApplePay. They also don't take the Apple Titanium card itself. The door to the room is heavier than an adult woman. Very difficult to open and, once opened, very difficult to keep open because it is set up to swing shut when you let go of it. I had to slam the door against the wall several times for it to catch on the lever that holds it open, thus disturbing anyone in the room next door.

Good TV channels, had everything we needed (fridge, microwave), spacious enough.

Bathrooms way too small. First floor- Neighbors can see through if bathroom window is opened so be cautious of that. My friend we closed it when showering or using the toilet but opened it back up after for fresh air. Air filter had a funky smell. Had to park far the 2nd night because parking lot filled up.

The staff was friendly and placed me on the first floor as requested.

The beds were uncomfortable, and linens were scratchy and thin. The room was dirty and definitely needed a new coat of paint. The shower had hair in it from a previous guest. The floors were uneven and very disorienting. In order to plug the phone in to charge, one must almost do acrobatics to get to the outlet behind the table. It's just a really awkward setup. Had to park two blocks away after advertising free parking. .
