    Can only recommend
    Beautiful villa - super clean and wonderful beds. We were so happy to stay here and had nothing to complain. Location is great although a car is needed. The hosts are so nice and really help wherever they can. The pool was also wonderful and is over 2m deep on one side! Our family had a great holiday and the children were so happy. Can only recommend staying here!

    A top class service and memorable holiday
    Everything! It had everything you could think of. Large modern kitchen that we loved to cook in. Fantastic swimming pool with enclosed veranda which was a huge plus with our 1 year old! Shaded playing area for kids with swings, seesaw and tree house which kept kids busy! Clean, comfortable beds with hotel quality pillows & linen. Outside dining area, games room and sea view rooftop area were also a big plus! And of course, the communication with the owners Noelia & Nuno who couldnt have done more for us! They were so helpful and kind and went above and beyond for us! They really made our stay even more special! A truly top class service! Thank you again!

    We couldnt fault this property. The only thing is, if travelling with small kids, it would be worthwhile to rent a car as we had so much more freedom to explore the Algarve. Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance for adults.

    An excellent choice for a holiday. Great facilities, friendly owners and a good location.
    Location was excellent. Fairly close the the beaches at Marinha and Benagil. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby but plenty if you wish to drive. Facilities in the house were fantastic.
    Nothing. The whole place was pretty much faultless.

    Myself and my friends all especially enjoyed the large pool which we spent a lot of time in, the well equipped kitchen and the balcony with almost 360 views of the local area and the sea. The communication between the owner and myself was faultless and they couldn't do enough to help us out. The distance to the local beaches and restaurant was a big plus. The quietness all around was great and we loved being so secluded.
    The distance to a big town/village. We had to use taxis/buses to connect to Armacao de pera and albufeira as we didnt have a car

    We had a fantastic, three generation holiday and we will definitely be returning (I shouldnt really say that because I
    the property is in a great location with restaurants, supermarkets and beaches within a few minutes drive. The fixtures and furnishings are of very good quality with exceptionally comfortable beds and bedding. We had our 15 month old Grandson with us and the glass enclosed veranda area was perfect to allow him to play, leaving us relaxed that he wasnt able to access the pool area. The play area in the lower garden was thoroughly enjoyed by him especially in the heat of the day as the large tree afforded some nice shade. Communication with Nolia was fantastic before, during and after our stay. Nuno was there when we arrived to greet us and show us around and again on the morning of our departure. The kettle stopped working on our second day, I messaged Nolia to let her know but stressed that it wasnt an issue as we could boil water on the hob. Nevertheless, Nuno arrived within a few hours with a replacement.

    THE BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY - highly recommend staying here.
    The villa was immaculate. The facilities were brilliant. There were 7 adults and two kids under 2. Nuno and Noelia were so accommodating and have such a beautiful property. The pool area is incredibly child friendly and they have a little play area down at the bottom which my son loved! Nuno and Noelia checked in on us throughout our stay and always made sure everything was ok. They go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. This will be our go to place in Portugal.

    Amazing week-end for all my family It was a blast ans de enjoyed every second of it. 10/10 cars had a private and protected place, sweaming pool was the best we had with that kind of renting house, and bedrooms and everything else were fresh, Cleaned and same as new. I recomend to everyone
