Lovely, comfortable, roomy villa in a peaceful location with easy walking access to the beach, coastal walks, supermarkets and restaurants. Andy was very helpful when our flight was postponed, greeting our daughter who had arrived on another flight. Many provisions provided, beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely relaxing week, but also explored the local area. Would stay again.

Clean, well equipped & true to description. Had everything we needed. Great welcome grocery pack. Close to local Spar, restaurant & bar. Easy to get around as reasonably priced Ubers into Carvoeiro, though the coast path/board walk is a great way to get there off road if you fancy a walk.

Great villa, great location, great value for money

All 3 bedrooms had en-suite bath/shower rooms. The villa has recently been updated with clean minimalist decor. Its comfortable with plenty of linen, as well as detergent for the dishwasher & washing machine. The food pack on arrival was very generous and AC throughout the villa was included in the price. Location wise, its approx 20-30 min walk into Carvoeiro, however an Uber is approx 6-8 euros for a 6 seater. There is a well stocked spar 2 mins walk from the villa alongside 3 great restaurants including an Italian offering eat in or take away.

You must stay here! Amazing!

Not a single negative about this property. We loved everything about it. The property was fantastic, extremely clean, comfortable, all the things you would need are there - towels, hair dryers, hand soap, shower gel and the kitchen was stocked with food to keep you going for a day or so. This included water, orange juice, milk, butter, eggs, bread, a full fruit bowl, condiments, biscuits.. Oh and the wine and beers were very much appreciated too! Andy was amazing..so easy to deal with although we had no problems whatsoever that we needed to contact him about! We had a bit of a polava on our arrival with our hire car company but Andy waited for us to arrive even though it was late on a Saturday evening. The pool was amazing and the chairs, table and loungers were perfect. We can't wait to return!

A fabulous Villa in a beautiful location, we hope to return.

A beautiful Villa, spacious, very clean, well maintained with everything in it you could possibly want from the good size pool to the comfortable beds to the 3 various outdoor areas to eat/relax. Also the attention to detail with providing all the essentials within the Villa including an extensive welcome pack of food and drink. Host was more than happy to be contacted but we didnt need to as everything was in perfect working order. A great holiday and we hope to return.

Nothing bad to say. Possible the addition of a parasol at the table in the garden area similar to the large one provided at the pool.

Very good

Had a totally relaxing holiday, Andy and his brother Julius were great hosts!

Pool was a very good size, 2m deep at the deepest. Villa was cleaned midway through our stay and all bedding and towels were changed. Plenty of towels, also towels for use around pool side and to take to beach. Welcome pack was superb, even catered for people whom may have lactose intolerance. All en-suite bedrooms which was great for all of us. Spacious living areas and the outdoor space was beautiful. Less than 10 minutes walk to nearest beach, shop and restaurants just around the corner. We walked to Carvoeiro in just under 30 minutes, if you want to book a taxi it was only 3.75 using Uber and returning using local taxi was around 6. Carvoerio has plenty of choices of restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is well equipped and Andi is always easy to reach. There is food for the first days and a cleaning once a week. It was an amazing experience.
